Carol is driven by her passion to support clients in thriving against the odds in their personal and family lives, and in order for them to fully realise their potentials.

Carol has been well prepared and equipped by her education and background which included a:

• Bsc degree in Sociology from Ahmadu Bello University Samaru – Zaria, Nigeria
• Certificate in Mass Communication and Speech Making from University of Lagos, Nigeria
• Post Graduate Certificate in Hospitality Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland
• Certified Professional Coach of Center for Coaching Certification USA.

Others are:

• Extensive travels abroad relocating and living in countries the family was transferred to on expatriation basis that lasted over a 13 year period. Within this period, Carol was instrumental in ensuring that the family held together (husband well supported to add value at work and progress in career, and the children prospering in their education); an important role and skill to ensure success for a family often in transition; working across 5 countries within the period. In the process she has also learnt to speak the French language.
• In addition, she also used the period of her stay abroad to acquire relevant professional qualifications, including obtaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Hospitality Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, as well as qualifying as a Certified Professional Coach of Center for Coaching Certification USA, as already indicated above. 

Work Experience:

Carol extensively provided and handled counselling services and engagements with clients in Delta Steel Company Ovwian-Aladja, where she worked as a Welfare Officer restoring trouble families and relationships, especially arising from relationships of families and co-workers residing within the company’s residential Township of over 4,000 employees, and their household.

She was also a Human Resources Manager in Aero Control, an Aviation Service Company.

Other Interests:

Carol has produced beautiful paintings of landscapes, portraits amongst others, that provide inspiration to many. She also uses the lessons and messages in her paintings as visual tools to bring life messages home to her clients.

She is an avid reader of literature on life messages with deep interest in supporting clients overcome challenges in life/families and to thrive.

Carol supports our coaching practice at The Thrive Coaching Centre with focus on marriage and family coaching; an area where she is an often sought after resource-person.
